How would you like to add another sales team to your company? We provide something that the online brokers can't, professional experienced customer service representatives that understand that YOU are also our customer. We don't compete with you, nor do we require you to compete with other affiliates. We work with customers to determine their needs, then based on the infomation that you have provided us, we determine which operators can meet the needs of the customer. For example, with rising cost of fuel, we will first contact the operator closest to the pick-up point for availability.
By joining our network, you can rest assured that we understand your business, our CEO has 15 years experience in passenger transportation, including operating taxis, transit, OTR, Trolley, and charters. In addition, to 10 years in customer service management in other words, we know what the expectations are behind the wheel and in the passenger seat.
Most important of all, we promise integrity and a commitment to excellence in our network and with our process.
- We will always inform customers that we are partners and do not own the buses - So there are no surprises upon your drivers arrival
- You will be paid on time - everytime. We understand that we need you more than you need us.
- Our Affiliation Agreement is clear and transparent regarding services and fees.
- We will conduct Quality of Service surveys after each charter and provide the results to you.

- We will never assign charters based upon "Favorites" - The assignment is based on the customers needs and an Affiliates availability to meet them
- You will never be embarrased when a customer presents their invoice.
- We will never request that you lower your quotes so that we can overcharge the customer.
- We will never require you to purchase additional services to acquire a "Preferred Status"
- Any operator can qualify for "Preferred Status" by consistently providing Preferred Service based upon customer feedback, and meeting our expectations as outlined below.
What we expect from you:
- Be an operator βin good standing,β as determined and reported by United States Department of Transportation β Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, as reported in its online Motor Carrier Safety Status Measurement System (SafeStat*).
- Carry the mandated minimum of insurance coverage in accordance with USDOT- FMSCA
- Hold a Valid Operating Authority
- Provide to our office your procedures for mechanical failures and emergency processes while on a charter
- Maintain clean vehicles that are free from defect
- Drivers are professional in appearance as well as courteous
